1. Plug test leads into Transmitter. Connect one lead to remote ground, the other to hot line of circuit to be traced. Blinking LED indicates proper connection to energized circuit.

2. Select appropriate detector sensitivity setting - 100% position to trace concealed wires; 10% - 20% to trace breakers or fuses in panels; or 2% to trace exposed wires.

3. Trace Circuit by detector in a systematic search pattern while monitoring LED and audio signals. Vary detector angle relative to wires for best signal.
